BOOK THE HALL
The scout hall is a versatile and lively venue, perfect for accommodating a wide variety of events including dinners, celebrations, and social gatherings. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen designed to fulfill all your culinary requirements effortlessly. In addition, the hall provides tables and chairs, allowing for comfortable seating for up to 150 guests. Open for rental from Thursday to Sunday evenings, the hall provides the convenience of choosing a time that best fits your schedule. When you rent the hall, you receive exclusive access to the entire facility throughout the duration of your event.
Rental Information
The rental rate is $20 per hour. Please note that any events go beyond 10pm the rental will be continued until 10am the next morning and you will be charged for the full period.
All rentals include use of table and chairs and kitchen.
You will need to supply dishes/cutlery, liability insurance, liquor license if alcohol is being consumed.
You are responsible for cleaning the hall after your event which includes taking all garbage.
To secure a rental date you will need to fill out a Hall Rental Agreement, obtain liability insurance, and submit $250 damage deposit.
